We have been pasta-makers for over 30 years and from then on we have avaiable ourselves of the close collaboration with DEA, a leader limited-liability company making fresh pasta machinery in Genoa.
Such a union has given rise to a plan addressed to those people wishing to join in the fresh pasta field even without having the technical or professional knowledge about.
Our plan consist therefore in creating small productive units having handicraft specifications at different investment degrees: we start from the corner to be introduced into a shopping centre and easily manage to get to more productive units joined together by a centralized workroom.
Besides such a plan foresees:
A technical training for the use of machinery.
A professional training with the creation of tipical Italian recipes and the carrying out of delicacies of the country where the point of sale is located.
The point of sale plain according to the EEC regulations in the matter of workrooms.
The working organisation of the various productive phases.
The production adjustment in conformity with the reality of the raw stuff supplies of the country where one is determinedto operate.
